Women have different physiological needs and services to men and we provide specific, relevant care for them. To ensure our female patients are as comfortable as possible, we also have female doctors and nurses on staff who are trained to take into account Aboriginal cultural sensitivities.  

We provide the following services for our female patients:

• Breast and cervical cancer screenings for all women 25yrs and over
• Bowel cancer screenings for women over 50
• Reproductive health advice for contraception ( Implanon, IUD, and others ) sexually transmitted infections and menopause
• Family planning
